So that pretty much means MS is out completely. Assuming APAC and L1 will vote together - that’s 30%, I think they then got
- Perennial 6% - they invested in the placement at 65cps last August. They’ll no doubt be pissed at how they’ve wasted their money
- Jinchuan4.5% - they got in initially for the Nickel asset some time ago if I recall. Having some key Chinese contacts APAC I think could have persuaded them to vote with them.
the rest is a bit of an unknown. But if the above holds true they only need 10% of the remaining votes to get over the line. Will find out this afternoon. GL.
