iMO they have room for another 774mil to get to 19.9% holding, so at mid-2c's logic suggests they'll add more & average down.
So, by the time the rig arrives from the GoM early next year they should b in money assuming the dust has settled with regards to proj finance, oil price reamins in the 50-55-60/bbl range & with no other major outbreaks or elections etc.
