TOE has struggled for a long time now (years)
I don't think the consolidation helped as shares tend to drop back to their pre-consolidation price over time
Year to date, TOE is up 2%.. has there been a worse uranium performer this year?
Pretty much all other ASX uranium stocks up 20% - 40% year to date (eg DYL on fire today)
