I'm no Stockbroking expert and happy for someone to jump in and explain with authority, however to my eye it seems like an off market transfer as there was not 3.5M+ shares traded on the exchanges on the 10th...perhaps this is Mitsubishi transferring to a subsidiary?...as was Morgan Stanley buying for MUFJ...surely if they dumped that amount of shares the price would be much lower.
I'm in and not overly concerned about the last announcement, but happy for someone to explain.
