All the shares acquired by Mitsubishi -which totaled 289,057 ADR's were sold to Morgan Stanley. I do no think the thought that "needs to be approved by shareholders" is anything of great comfort. All of us little guys will not be able to stop any transaction. My concern is that whether it is bought out by larger company or it is taken private we will not get the full value for our shares. WHEN PBT434 & PBT2 finally hits the market the value has to be multi, multi,multi MILLIONS. These are breakthrough drugs. What value to each of you have in mind for the value of your stock? In my case I figure MORE THAN $50 U.S. and even then I think that is conservative.
