Stanley, I understand that if the deal management has done is still the best solution for Prana in the opinion of the management, it will happen. But if this "walking down" the SP irritates the management and came as a surprise, something else is still possible. I any case, we do not yet know who is now the new owner of these traded shares. 

If we in the future will have a single drug helping brain degeneration, cardiac degeneration, bone fractures, osteoporosis, glaucoma  etc and extending your life by some 20 years the value of a single stock is sure more than $50 even with this dilution.
