Not sure I totally agree, The dollar value paid vs ADS purchased for the 16th alone averaged out at approx. $6.07 USD/ADS. Garys gifting/Issue price was $4 USD, therefor appears to me as they purchased on market. (again only my interpretation, I'm trying to work this whole thing out. Not that familiar with US procedures)
Given the ASX reporting requirements. We could know by tomorrow if SM/MUFG was the middle man in a major ADS purchase by an individual entity. ????? Becoming a substantial holder may be released to the market, unless they were siphoned off in smaller chunks.
