I am thinking of a hybrid deal , RMS buys out SPR and gets everything down to 1000 M below surface for 80 cents a share , and a new company Deep exploration is formed , with SL retaining everything below 1000M at Dalgaranga and all of the Gascoyne
We get 60 cents of the share buy back as a cashed out dividend and 20 cents goes towards the new company
