so, it appears to me like, party A purchased shares and loaned to party B. Both A and B made money and returned the shares to party C which we don't know yet. This is dirty. The good part is, EGR kept that cash and skipped getting diluted at lower end so far. Hopefully, the dirty part is clean now. I may be wrong though.
