I figure they have between 40-43m INA shares i.e. < 5% of diluted stock means < 44m. The sell down last year to 35m was to take up the rights, put them back to 46m. The latest INA annual report has them with 49m as at 4th Sep (2* MVT security holders listed and McNeil Nominees). This begs the question how they got from 46m to 49m. They just sold 9m so lowest case is 40m and highest is ~43m if they took up some rights. That's still $18m on current prices.
