How can they cease to be a substantial holder when their announcement showed that they had bought more shares than they sold?
What am I missing here ?
Does it mean that they did not take up their entitlements and have been diluted to less than a substantial holder ?
That would seem very strange considering the big difference between the SP and the CR price .
