Looking at this announcement PLL were selling shares from 7 February which was before DFS and NED announcements and then did the block trade last night which would have aligned it with the amount of shorts on market. It wouldn't surprise me if we see another State Street and JP Morgan disclosure statements on settlement in a few days time....
