Apart from arguing it was a pump and dump.
I guess PLL have 2 legs to stand on:
1) the delisting from the other index which could have been an external margin call on some other shorts
2) PLL can do as they please with the shares ie lend them out, so they had to make a margin call on any shorts.
Both contributed to the rise over the last week or so.
Now if C&M occurs end of March and 1B shares has just been sold off ahead of said C&M event. Thats a completely different story to explain.
