Mate, both parties are in the JV as long as only they know it doesnt have to be released until they deem it to be market ready.
IE PLL will be aware of what is going to happen before the market becomes aware as they are a party to the matter.
What your saying doesnt make sense. Its almost like your implying PLL only finds out we go into C&M when the rest of the market does.
That simply isnt the case when your a 25% partner and thus have a 25% stake to information surrounding that operation.
An as for any "thats against ASX continuous disclouse" hoohaa. That only comes about when the information is readily available to report.
As I am basically hinting to you. If a gold miner finds a gigantic diamond. Do you think he will know about it before the shareholders of the said company that owns the land for said diamond?
