You might be interested in an email I got from Keith Coughlan ( MD EMH) mid 2016.

"We are not considering SiLeach at all at this point in time.
If they are able to demonstrate any real results with independent test work, and an application for the technology to treat our waste, we may consider.

LIT claims Sileach has significantly advanced since then and have already selected a contractor to build a large scale test plant this year. EMH wont be fully committed by then, so the plant which could also trial LMax might change Keith’s mind.
So cooperation with LIT may still be the best way forward for LPD.
