Not sure why they just dumped the shares on market, maybe a better way to exit would have been to approach one or two of our new North American supporting funds to purchase as a single large parcel. That would have had a less drastic effect on holding back the market. Maybe they tried to do that and wasn't supported. OR, Maybe they just want out and don't care about suppressing the share price in the process. Who knows what they were thinking. Once they have ceased to be a substantial holder there is no further need to notify the market if they sell any remaining balance. We will not know.
Nevertheless, at least we are all now a bit clearer as to who is behind the selldown but I sure would like to know the motivation as to why they have bailed so soon into the initial drill program.
