    Good luck with whatever you think they will make. I have underlying earnings at 3 cents again this year. Top line revenues is the driver. So that is whatever they can bring in from the leasing of those buildings. It is not a complex calculation at all. You'd be best placed to direct that negative energy at the people running the company.

    The deal to buy those buildings was not unfortunate timing. They had an option to back out of the deal. In February 2022 when they flagged the potential deal to the market the yield on a 2 year government bond was 0.9%. By mid July 2022 it had risen to 2.9%. They did the deal anyway because someone was going to benefit financially. They showed insufficient consideration for the interests of shareholders. To me at the time, and now it seemed like a stitch up but I stuck with it for a while because initially I was certain they'd back out, then I thought they must have an ace up their sleeve. Now I just think they can't be trusted.
