thanks for that summary and your thoughts. The valuation is always tricky. I am starting to believe the only way to think about BKW is as an ETF made up of one third mature industrial properties and one third industrial properties under development (on this you can use the total of end rents as a valuation metric). Next and crudely one third ASX (mind you SOL is better than that). The bricks are almost a legacy side line.
