Happy to receive the franked dividends and keep buying small parcels under 50c to bring my average buy cost down. REITS and especially Office REITS are hated at the moment. My main issue is around the debt and how long rates will stay high as the protection will not last to long
You think it is bad here some of the US REITS are down 70% plus even with longer term debt funding.
