In a previous discussion I had with management (around 6 months ago) 360 mentioned that several institutions had recognised the quality of the assets and were sitting on the register below substantial but there’s no way for us to find out who that might be unless they pop up in the portfolio reports of some fund managers.
On the logic of a merger between the two I don’t have much to offer you unfortunately I was just throwing some ideas out there! I was basically just thinking it would build scale for 360 (which is clearly an issue for both funds at the moment). You are correct though they would be very reluctant to give up the management fees.
