re: Ann: Ceasing to be a substantial holder f... DLS.up to 54%, so 3% bailed yesterday following SNX. So will be interesting to watch if similar numbers desert daily, or if that's about the extent of it. Remember, control does not mean they can force you to sell, only DLS acquiring 90% would do that. Can anyone work out, if board recommendation following Target statement, expected today turns out to be Do Not Sell, what % from larger holders and directors is guaranteed to hold out? Surely more than 10%... I am more than happy for my holding to be a part of a minority in a dLS controlled company because the SP is bound to leap on drilling once the 29c cap is removed at the end of the offer period.
