i dont like to see directors selling and institutions selling, and some dilution with options.
i like this company long term, but at a p/e >40 and after a massive jump on the back of the teva acquisition, i dont see much short term upside.
analysts seem to rate it ss either neutral or overpriced in general.
if I held i certainly wouldnt sell, but it seems like it would need to dip to around 1.85 to justify a buy in with a mediim term 2-3 year horizon.
