Thanks, yes missed Chi-X.

I am hoping the sale falls through to be honest but they have/are in negotiations with another purchaser.

I felt the price was a bit of a slap in the face to shareholders given the previous sale/transaction was at $30mil.

While this may require a further period of due diligence and could take another 6 months at least it would move the SP in the short term.

Unless they have something else lined up the finalisation of sale could mean suspension from ASX while they find something, and this could be for just as long or longer. As a shell it should still be very attractive to shareholders given the relatively low number of shares on issue.
