Looks like the seller that's been around for the past 1-2 months may be having a long lunch, or has sold out.
I suspect that there's more to this than the long awaited sale of the asset. Whilst the USD6m will be great and would eliminate the need for the company to raise further funds. Finalisation of the sale and cash received will mean the company would have cash backing $0.008
The company needs a new project to move forward. The key is, after all this time the shareholders have been suffering is to make it a project relevant, so that the share a rated upwards.
