    Chapter 12 of ASX listing rules require a company to satisfy the ASX it warrants continued listing. Not having a project will not satisfy this and we will be suspended until such time we do acquire a project etc.

    This could be a while. By comparison HOG is in the same position and has been suspended for 8 months so far.
