re: Ann: Ceasing to be a substantial holder i... As suspected i'd say that the DB became a substantial holder over the last month to support the Chinese transaction.

I'd say that they have accepted the 55c offer to support it and have given their shares to the Chinese to boost its holding.

I also believe that the DB will be buying back the shares on the way back up.
