    re: Ann: Ceasing to be a substantial holder i... I don't think they'll have too much trouble with getting the shares TBH. There are a number of players taking the opportunity to arbitrage trade for few cents upside - (DB and Water Island who hold 6%)
    I'm sure they would have had their bases well covered coming into the deal, the thing that interests me is the percentage they get over the minimum 60%. The leftover liquid shares in this stock are going to be the driver of SP appreciation.
