I think they had about 6% whick is about 3 million shares, and the notice was for only 800,000. Now they are not major shareholders they will not have to give notices so they can be a drag on the market without any confirmation as to who is selling. I don't know whether they are selling out completely of just reducing their holding.

    My guess is they probably have over 2 million left!!
