    Ok this explains the selling volume lately, which is good news. Mr Carroll isnt an insider, he is simply a high net worth individual.

    The effect of his selling on the share price will now be limited, he previously held 5.7%, reduced to 3.9% in this announcement, leaving 1.8% or $1,260,000.
    I believe he offloaded most of this today...
