There probably isnt anything sinister about it but its hardly transparent - My question for both the Timeone investment in PLV and the NAAIL investment in CDU is simply who is putting up the cash ?
We know with Sandfire the cornerstone investors are Posco and OZL - Are you not slightly concerned that the payment of tranche 3 ( only $2m ) was delayed and now the big one $17m tranche 4 is delayed because one of the " faceless " unnamed investors bailed out ?
