As for your query as to why this announcement at this stage have you read only this week how the Chinese are taking an interest in small miners and I would think RXM fits almost all of their criteria. Chinese are not stupid they dont do anything without spending a painfully long time investigating.
I bought today because I believe its hit its lowest and is on its way back there may be a few more shaky weeks to go with the global problems but last qtr IMO will be good.
Everybody to their own investments its hard to find a decent one these days they all suffering.
