I suspect with this announcement, there may be an agreement with Joanna to donate all shares and she get to keep the company. Im good with that - it means no further losses incurred from the company otherwise if no buyer (and not to Joanna) then winding up the company may cost some $$$ such as paying out any liabilities (office lease, staff leave entitlements, etc). All IMO
