out for lunch today with a few associates and a moot question was posed - at what point does managements concerns and SH's concerns coincide and are not mutually exclusive (I would have thought at all times but boy some of the responses caught me out)with some very interesting responses and some very cynical (which I won't repeat here) ranging from 1) when a CR is required and then info to no end tends to appear - however vague, 2) if company is financially sound and in a monopoly market then there may be potential issues, 3) when directors remuneration is tied to SP - and the list went on. Just found it very interesting and when some of the responses were clarified I could see where they were coming from and some of the party were providing actual instances - yep very interesting and eye opening to some extent. So there is a lot of concern out there regarding this matter - all general in nature. Was looking at posting this on a number of share threads but don't want to retyupe it over and over. Anyhow off for a lie down. maybe this should be on the general discussion thread - oh I don't know.
