It will be interesting to see if MAY got anymore before the deadline . Even at 27% MAY now has a big influence in what happens at MEL . Any resolution that requires a 75% vote they can block . Retail investors are notorious at not voting , it is not inconceivable that MAY could exert quasi control of MEL and could conceivably spill the BOD . If they decide to hold you would think they would ask for and probably get a seat on the board . I hope they just use it as a value accretive way to avoid a CR and leave quickly with off market sales , but they just may not . As the Chinese Curse goes , " We Live in Interesting Times " .
