the other thing is MEL shares without the BYEs might be quite illiquid...I wouldnt want to be trying to sell 80m MELs after the BYE distribution in a hurry... The value of this move will be what ever they manage to sell the MELs combined or separated for. Also MAY will be selling BYEs in competition with MEL if they don’t dispose of their MELs pre distribution...so how much value MAY is getting out of this remains to be seen..
