Agreed and people don't put in Icebergs at 20 cents for 700,000 shares at a sell unless someone is accumulating or wanting the price to stay lower. I for one am a believer and will be holding, would rather see a slow build rather than a massive spike. I am betting they are accumulating more at the lower levels so their average will be around the low 20's.

We know what happens to spikes. But a slow rise will build a mountain. Just need to hold above 18.
