Oh but what does it all mean basil???
UBS/REGAL have been trading this stock.... probably made some profit... but more than likely in my opinion the time is up for holding this stock for their own prop traders. This company and more importantly the SP wont be moving any direction other than sideways till the MIN conflict is resolved.
Accummulate though in my opinion... after every consolidation phase there will always be a breakout in the development of these stocks.
