looks like you are right - looking pretty ugly at the moment. It reminds me of empired - CEO sells a whole swag of shares a couple of months before a big downgrade. Share price plunges from high 70s to 22c. However after a few months when people decided the world wasn't about to end it did recover - down again this week, but has been trading in high 30s to low 40s.
The problem is when little companies like this lose investor confidence it takes a long time before people touch it again. PS &C seem to have no idea about how to retain confidence....
