Agree, the question was asked by a shareholder at the meeting as to what exactly was on the 2 pages, the chair passed it onto the man himself to answer and he shrugged it off as just some traffic offences, nothing that would effect his role as a director.
That could be anything, drink driving or even manslaughter - how do we know. If it's drink driving that says a lot for all the morals etc. I have been done for speeding who hasn't! however I am sure my check would not be 2 pages long. seems like something is being hidden. Maybe Grey Skippy knows
