Furthermore. the number of shares sold by Thorney is almost the same amount as they acquired in the placement? The sold from December through Feb and there brought them back in the placement. Makes you wonder how long the placement process took. also they only ceased to be a substantial holder because of the extra shares from the placement . The number of share held is much the same, but they effectively didnt maintain the same percentage sale sold and reaquired from the pleacment.
