Makes you wonder how long the placement process took. also they only ceased to be a substantial holder because of the extra shares from the placement . The number of share held is much the same, but they effectively didnt maintain the same percentage sale sold and reaquired from the pleacment.

The same? They got 6.5m shares per placement but sold way more than that.
