I disagree with you 3 to 5yrs, I think YOJ has enough deals to have a new re rate soon, all they need to do is to start generating from the deals. Yoj can turn the corner fast just need to get the system implemented and generating revenue. If it takes too long YOJ will be punished for it and rightfully so all IMO.
