The numbers don't tally with the previous announcement but I imagine you're right about the circumstances which resulted in a disclosure requirement. I was more interested in the $9.00 price applied to the transaction, a long way above anything recorded for any on market transaction of any size at all, but if there was in fact no change to beneficial ownership I guess the transaction value disclosed is meaningless.
