As Bearsnug correctly stated, the % of the total shares on issue, held, has decreased, but only because the total SOI has increased due to the placement. No-one has sold any. It's a formality requiring an announcement as a holding change of 1% or more has occurred. As you can see Sean still holds 58,425,555 shares, but of the total new SOI, it is a smaller percentage.
