Tassone was the only one who sold, the others reduced their % holding by ceasing to be associated, Thomas and Glovac sold no shares.

Tassone sold on 18th and 21st of this month coinciding with all time highs and two price sensitive announcements.

we can only wonder what the price would have done on 21 August had the market known GTT were selling on market via Tassone...

This is the tangled web that I revealed to the takeovers pannel in 2016, and in my opinion nothing has changed.








It is not up to GTT to decide if they are associates or not, a determination has been made with respect to 4CE (changing the ticker code doesnt change the Company).
