Maybe Merck and Pfizer were holding back because of uncertainty over the fundamental BLT patent ?

I sense there is immense potential in BLT's intellectual property; the company has been distracted over the past few years by the patent dispute and the struggle to stay solvent while this matter was fought out.

I feel BLT will be operating in a new world once the patent is confirmed. Might even open the door to some significant new partnerships ?

Of course there are consideable risks, but much less than a few weeks ago; the potential rewards are immense too, which is as it should be !
