Also, maybe Euroz do not want to be seen as a Substantial Holder for the sake of the Capital Raising to work. Imagine if they are a substantial holder when the prospectus is issued in January and then Euroz then potential investors will veiw Euroz as being a substantial holder as positive and buy in. Maybe Euroz have concerns about a conflict of interest scenerio and do not want to be seen as supporting an investment in NMS. So they way I see it Euroz still have just under 5% shareholding but are now not considered a substantial holder. This all makes sense to me now.
