I'd doubt it, I'd strongly doubt it.
Furthermore, and this is where I'd taken your query. I'd doubt that trading at nil consideration, ie, gifting shares from one entity you control to another entity you control is legitimate in the tax dep't eyes (ASIC??) otherwise we'd all be doing it when shares are suspended to save on tax.
Has anyone here seen this happen before?
