Feels a bit like that with gold stocks at the moment. Not sure if the shorting is actually happening but it shouldn't be ruled out either.
According to another poster, the notice effectively exempts them from having to report on their holdings in future, so we won't know what they are doing with the stock. Just seems very suspicious to me.
I'm glad Cebbie News picked up the story though, worth reporting :)
