Your trying to say that RICH investors who really like making money didn't want to buy shares at 1c when the market price is (at minimum) 40% above that, when they can sell them as soon as they hit their account and ...
You guessed it, make (at minimum) 40% profit on there investment instantly.
There is nothing out there saying these are ESCROW.
If someone can point me to the document identifiying that they are - please do (I have been wrong before)
If you didn't get any, that's because there were none left to get.
That is a good and bad sign to me. But to say that heavy hitters DIDN'T want any is off the mark
